Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped spinach
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with soy sauce and mirin.
- Chopping up the bell peppers and the spinach and then moving to the sink to turn it into a pan, and then taking, popping it, when the bell pepper is done, and stir-frying the bell pepper and the spinach very typically, and shoving the food, before heating the pan and cooking the spinach and beating it.
- Crack the eggs into a jug and beat well, pour half into the pan and allow to set slightly.
- When it starts to set, roll it onto one side.
- Add the rest of the egg mixture and do the same.

- Heat a pan and add a thin layer of the mix
